"Spacing out"

Day dreaming, free thinking, whatever you may call it. I love doing it but I especially love doing it on BART. For some odd reason there's not enough things in my life that require frequent spacing out as much as BART does. Maybe driving, but I often get caught up in a song. But on BART, I have this unmasked skill at finding a point in the air that does not directly put other people in my perspective nor give me the same exact panaroma.

Finding this perfect "space out spot" can be difficult, but once its found, everything seems to fall into place. The annoying guy whos snoring, the scary guy who looks like he might rob you, the serious lady reading her novel, the always shifty-eyed person, they all dissappear into the landscaping outside of the train. Not even the frequent jerks, or mundane routined stops can interfere. Because you found that spot that noone else sees, and that spot is yours.

My best thoughts come out of that damn spot.

If something comes out of it then it's a hole not a spot.
